Day 3
Obvious detox symptoms

We had another 12 hours of sleep last night! Luckily my little one is in a growth spurt and is sleeping so long!! But I found it difficult to go to sleep last night, and when I woke up this morning I felt as if I had taken speed. I haven't touched the stuff for over 3 YEARS!!! This cleanse truly is working for me, and it makes me wonder what else I have in store for me in the upcoming days, being that I am so thoroughly polluted.
My mom had a migrane all day yesterday, and stayed in bed or lounged in her chair. She vomited after drinking her first lemonade, but she drank a bunch of water and went back to bed. After she got back up she said the pounding had ceased, but the pressure remained. This morning the pressure is much lighter and only on the right side of her head.
So far mom has lost 5 pounds, and I have lost 4. I really don't need to loose very much, so I hope this tapers off soon. If I feel I've lost too much I'll just start adding an extra tablespoon of syrup to my lemonade! I wouldn't mind that at all :-)
