Date: 9/22/2006 8:38:19 AM ( 20 y ) ... viewed 2840 times So after I blogged yesterday morning I had a couple solid bm's, so I figured why not another saltwater flush?
Since I started I've been doing swf's with room temp. water, this time I made a weak wormwood tea, then added the salt and drank it hot. I can't believe how much came out of me! And there I thought I barely had anything left inside! I need to start using a colander or something though; all I ever get to see is the dark water and I wonder what solids have come out.
I picked up a bunch of organic veggies last night; more carrots, apples, beets, celery, green lettuce, cucumber, and zucchini squash. I haven't really been getting any leafy greens, so I forced myself to pick some up. I just like the taste of carrot/apple so much it's hard to add things.
I also went to the book store and picked up The BFG, by Roald Dahl. One of my favorite books when I was young. I've kind of been on a children's book kick recently, partly because of the fast, and partly because I plan to write children's fiction for a living someday. Maybe I'll come up with some story ideas in the next couple weeks.
I decided to work a bunch of overtime over this weekend. I usually don't really do much overtime, but the days go by pretty easy and it'll be nice to come off this fast not just emotionally, physically, and spiritually lifted, but financially as well!
