I was there 4 several years, sure is no fun!

For me, B12 is part of the puzzle. I still use an inhaled form daily. The fatigue has come back gradually each time I tried going without it, so far at least! If you do a Curezone search using LD Di + B 12 there is some info that may be of interest to you in another forum.

The fish works way better for me than the supp vit D does. Will be interesting to see if that is also true for you or not.

Paying attention to sodium potassium balance in the alkalising drink and in my diet definitely made a large diff.

To really lick the cold/tired thing, eliminating more of the NPN and having at least a small amount of excellent food each day was thing that finally put me over the top.

Amazes me that I now need LESS clothing than others, not WAY MORE for any given weather condition. On days I would have been bundled up in sweats and a warm hat, am in light cotton or rayon summer dresses with no jacket or sweater!!!

I struggled with feeling cold as well. It is a shortage of sodium in ratio to potassium. For me additional calcium also made the problem worse as calcium can also compete with sodium.

When I was doing mostly raw foods (about a year), I had this problem quite a bit because of too much NPN. I hadn't really gained awareness at the time of testing foods and the how important it was to avoid NPN.

What helped me was decreasing the lime water in the drink and focusing on increasing epsom salt, higher sodium kelp (Ascophyllum Nodosum), wild-caught salmon, and sunlight.

These are the aspects of the protocol that seek to balance out the excess potassium and calcium with sodium and magnesium.

When I was thinking more about your message it clicked in my head how moreless always talked about the Adrenals and sodium. Sodium is the mineral most needed by the adrenal glands for proper functioning. Poorly functioning adrenal glands can lead to the fatigue.

So it all adds up. The fatigue and the cold are most likely both connected to a need for natural sodium.

When I was eating mostly raw foods and not quite understanding the sodium potassium ratio, I would be freezing all the while eating really high potassium foods like dates and raw honey.
