Evan, this kind of message is really valuable for people to read. It takes a complex-appearing situation and humanizes it. And cuts through obscuration to clarity!

A person could read many many messages about the protocols and keep hearing about how they are choosing the wrong foods, or doing something wrong, and never put this particular equation together the way you have. I know you've helped/will help a lot of people with similar isssues, that are just confusing--when the people are doing their utmost.
