Vitamin D - Amazing - thx Folks !
All,
I have been "stuck" on a low pH on my highly raw vegan diet.
I have been reading about Vitamin D3 .. making sure I get in the sun, and recently started taking vitamin B12.
Reading this forum - Di & MoreLess have advised eating fish and I was preparing to take the plunge....
2 days ago I bought some Vitamin D3 and started taking the daily dosage.... BAM !!!
Yesterday - had pimples.. and some itchy spots on the body.. this AM my pH was up a bit... 6.6s and 6.2 u... the highest it has ever read....
I am guessing a toxic body will not make as much vitamin D from the sun as required..??
In either case - thanks Di & Moreless for the guidance.. I was apparently not utilizing the Calcium very well...
Hopefully this good trend will continue !!
