    If you are post surgery or dealing with a tricky recovery or just overall burnout don’t do what I did and have electrolytes! hello ,everytime i oil pull. my hair sheds rapidly. when i brush my hands through it., it falls out in clumps.
Im convinced im missing some mineral/vitamin and oil pulling is reducing this mineral.
And maybe thats why every time i oil pull makes my hair fall out rapidly.
drinking olive oil also does the same thing.
Iv tried doing more liver flushes, but it hasnt stopped the problem. im convinced im missing somthing.Some nutrirnt.
Has anyone had the same thing happen. would like some advice, and if anyone knows a possible cure for this.

    I'll share my eye sty story for anyone who is dealing with them.
    
    First off, I endorse using hot water treatment on the sty, only try adding Epsom Salt for best effect.
    
    I had a persist sty that just would not go away. A buildup had occurred behind an eyelash and the deposit behind it was just not coming out. Basically, what finally did the trick was using Epsom Salt added to the hot water. I had tried all kinds of methods, but dissolving Epsom Salt in warm water and bathing the sty with it, even allowing the epsom salt to dry on it, very quickly sucked out all the buildup trapped in the sty. Epsom salt was also effective on pink eye infections.

So I've been oil pulling since September trying to get rid of this one deep cavity on my lower left side molar. Progress was slow and steady..but I've been experiencing chronic pain in the tooth since February. The whole month of February I couldn't eat probably bc everytime I ate on that side I'd get a raging toothache. Now it's March and im sadly depended on pills to sleep. I've started drinking and swishing Colloidal Silver since March 14 and that seems to get rid of the pain for most of the day. But everytime I put my head on my pillow, a bad toothache comes back, it drives me crazy and doesn't go away unless I take 2 advil's. But what's confusing me is why after all these months is the pain coming back? How can I stop this? The infection is slowly going away but the pain is still intense, everyday. This is affecting me and my school work deeply..although I dont want to extract it bc I need it to chew..and we know root canals aren't exactly the best.
