I had been taking Lecithin and Olive Oil for several months and then a couple of months ago Curezone member realdeal came on and suggested that lecithin is bad.

So with some quick searching on the internet I read how lecithin is produced and became concerned....so much that I stopped using lecithin.

There is a company,Mountain Rose Herbs,that claims to sell organic lecithin that is solvent free but I have not tried it yet.

That's sad about Clark.
