Why did I gag? I think the first time I did it because toward the end of the first 10 minutes, I had developed a big air bubble in my mouth, I tried to get rid of the air bubble by tilting my jaw down and "swallowing" the air bubble without swallowing the oil/saliva mixture, I didn't want to open my mouth for fear of dribbling, WRONG MOVE! It all came out, and that's when I gagged the worst. The second time, I didn't gag as much, but the sight of it when I spit it out made me gag a bit. The third time was no problem, no gagging at all.

My teeth are looking better, smoother, and maybe, the slightest, hint of whitening (possibly?)...

Anyhoo, I will continue oil pulling and see what happens.
