Yes, I saw this before. Not the video, but about 3 to 4 months agao there was a local news blurb (printed form) on this very same fellow and his work said to be going on up in Erie.... and it wasn't even big splashy front page stuff. Instead if was a small, seemingly benign article. No offense intended, but now that I've seen the video, I'm as skeptical now as I was then. Under the guise of support, that's about all I'm going to say without getting into debate.
