i have three crowns and a permanent bridge and have had no problem with them. temporaries are just that - temporary and put in with glue that is easy to pull out. you need a dentist that will work with you and not condemn you out of hand for trying to help yourself. but then, we know the attitude of most health professionals. as monty python put it to the woman in labor in the room with the multi-thousand pound(thats money, for all us yanks) machine that goes "ping!", we're "no'ot quo-lee-fied"! lol
