I have theory on the sleepy thing

sometimes your body needs to sleep to heal, the urine contains the messengers for the healing so sometimes it makes you sleepy

other times you are awake all the time.

I have noticed if I am consuming larger amounts (4-5 glasses plus) it can make me sleepy and I have put this down the herx reaction / healing crisis
