I find it very curious that this customer who claims to have requested an RMA never requested one, in fact. I have never refused to process a return in the 12 years I have been selling The Ultimate Zapper and this returns policy remains in place for one and all under my 3-month trial offer. I think it should be fairly clear that there is no advantage at all for me to cut my throat. I have been doing business honestly since 1996 and I am not about to change that. Anyone who states otherwise or who implies otherwise is not telling the truth. Period.
