Re: i love cilantro

I know about frequent dose dmsa chelation.. probably there is something to it... but DMSA makes me really really tired so I don't think I could ever stand the strain of it. I actually have a life... even in the midst of ill health I had a life... I sleep like a rock, waking me up at all hours of the night would only add to my problems I can assure you.

I don't see how using DMSA could replace the need for colonics and colon cleansing in general which really is a neccesity when chelating anyway. Kind of justs adds fuel to the fire. Colon cleansing/flushing really is the key as far as my body is concerned.

I'd prefer to stay away from the synthetic chelators at this point. I really do real well with cilantro.

The DE looks very promising as far as mop up goes. I have not had a hint of mercury poisoning since I have been using that. Hopefully it holds. I was in real good shape last summer/fall too after the IV chelation but I was paying for colonics then too. Only when I stopped the colonics did I have any issues.

I really don't see how people can expect to get better from heavy metal issues, and toxins of all sorts too, without colon cleansing. You can use all the DMSA/EDTA/DMPS you want but if your colon is a mess you will just stay sick and sicker. And if you have ever had heavy metal issues you can wager without a doubt that your colon is definitely a mess.

I can tell just from looking at my fingernails (and toenails) that I have a much lower toxic burden now than I did even 6 months ago. And nothing makes my head feel as clear as cilantro. Though the DMPS was real good for that too... the EDTA was pretty rough but necessary. Both DMSA and EDTA also give me massive headaches. Takes days to get over it. And ALA supplements are off my list, it doesn't agree with me... I do eat plenty of tomatoes though.
