Dunno, but TMG is superior to Betaine...
Here is what worked for ALL of us in the HCL department.
Fix methylation cycle (TMG+Chealation+BVits), take cayenne with meals (40k HU) and at least 1/8 tsp of EXTRA salt per meal.
Easy way is to take your salt flush stuff just before eating, this helps HCL production so does the cayenne, but not much works if the methylation cycle is busted.
