Thanks for the info. I had heard a little about the dangers of mercury and I am sure it is true. My hearing loss is in one ear, so I presume that if my fillings had any connection with it, the loss would be in both ears. There are millions of people who have fillings and haven't gone deaf too....I would have my fillings replaced, even just to do something that feels positive, but it would cost me an absolute fortune which I don't have.

I am using a 'medicur' electro-magnetic unit now as I read on the internet that magnetic waves can promote the healing of damaged tissue, particularly nerves. I expect most doctors would say that this is a waste of time.
