what's best position to sleep during flush???

Dr. Clark's method says " As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow."

William Donald Kelly's method says "Go Immediately to Bed, "face down."

And another method says to lie on your right side.

How important is this and which is better?
