I had about given up on myself before I came to this forum. Thank you so much for the encouragement. I was almost ready to use the electric wheel chairs at Walmart so I could shop! It used to be a painful chore to just take a bath and wash my hair. I had back pain along with this gall bladder thing and am over weight. I have lost some weight but have lots to lose yet. I do not feel like I am young yet, but I sure do feel much better than I did three months ago. I go to Walmart any time I want to now, with no back pain. That alone is a miracle for me. I have been going to my wonderful Chinese Doctor for accupuncture and herbal things for the back pain and it is helping. That, along with all the things I am learning to do by reading these forums may make a young woman out of me yet!
