I really do not see where you are going with this. Your links are about pesticides, but have NOTHING to do with whether or not synthetic fertilizers or nutrients are absorbed or utilized. Nobody is arguing that herbicides and pesticides are dangerous to be exposed to. That is pretty much a well known proven fact. But it still has nothing to do with nutrient absorption and utilization.

As far as diets between two cultures, the body becomes accustomed to things. Changes in diet must be done gradually, not sudden. A person who has been vegetarian for 20 years cannot just start eating large amounts of steak without having problems.
