hi shroom the parstite and bacterial overgrowths are causing inflamtion in the gut he didnt mention leaky gut but i prosime i have as leaky gut goes hand in hand with dientamoeba fraglis i get right upper and lower sided quadrant pain the most which this parastite causes and pains like needles when i eat most food i also get ibs symtpons which this paratite causes all my symtpons make sense now even the nausea as this parstite causes all the symtpons i have
