Thank you Tim! Actually...
Your posts are so informative - for example,
Antibiotics ' color-changing effect on feces and urine, and
table salt and magnesium substituting for
Epsom Salts to help lubricate bowels. Y'know, honey is also supposed to be a humectant, in its own way.
Actually, I'm not even so sure I have candida problems. I *do* know for sure I've had lots of bacterial problems, both with dental decay & urinary tract infection.
Also, it's only my computer monitor which seems to have an EMF "tawny-fying" effect on my stools, since my stools are usually an unhealthily-darker shade of brown, and I tend toward constipation, if I don't watch what foods I eat, such as warm drinks, & proper seasoning & lubrication of solids, etc.
I have been taking Solgar Acidopholus. It's a good brand. From what I gathered (from www chatter) acidopholus is best taken on an empty stomach & not accompanied by protein - but don't quote me on this. I've also been taking yogurt.
I also ordered D-Mannose, since I've been terrified of
Antibiotics , and this may be an effective alternative IF what I've had is E-Coli. Since the urinalysis printout wasn't specific, I can't be sure.
