Psoriatic Arthritis and pregnancy - help!!

Hi, I'm new to this forum. Is there anyone out there with Psoriatic Arthritis who's managed to have a family? I've had the illness for 14 years, and am at a crossroads as to whether to have children. I was going to a couple of years ago after a knee replacement, but then the thing spread to my ankles, left knee and left elbow too. Just been to see the specialist today and he wants to put me on Ifliximab, depending on preganancy or not. I've been married a number of years now and would absolutely love to have a little one, but am scared of the consequences at the same time, as I'm only 32.
