I have CFS, candida, adrenal fatigue, etc, etc
I am on a candida diet (only carbs I eat are low glycemic beans like lentils or mung beans).
I am thinking about starting either H202 or Miracle-Mineral-Supplement or both.
1. Is one better than the other for candida - can I take both?
2. Is inhalation method better than drops for H202?
3. I've read about rotating anticandida supplements like garlic or gse - which ones should I use and how often do I rotate?
I'm trying to put together a comprehensive program.
