About H202, it is really powerful, i use it when i'm at the office. I'm at 7 drops a day. What i do, i split up the numbers of drop in each glass of water. 3 there, 4 there.
H202 is also good it diminish die off symptoms.
It is too early for me to say it is fighting my candidosis well.
