Looks like a really good test. Looks like an enzyme deficiency to me. The yeast content is slightly elevated, but not sure if that is significant. I would not rule out parasites. Not all parasites are secreting eggs all the time, and the test does not rule out protozoa, which almost always come with elevated fungi levels in my own experience.
Plus, there may be certain varieties of fungi which are parasitic, and or pathogenic that establish in a human host.

And here is a novel thought; what if the normal species of fungi, or protozoa are infected with something, making them produce toxins? This seems to be an area I am running into.
