I will look into the enzyme issue. I will also work to build up my bacteria. Am heavy on the kefir and I believe it is working.

I am on Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and have been seeing red things- some like rice, and some the width of rice but longer and string - like a inch a half. I have pressure in the liver area before they are excreted.

I also see the tiny white specks that vary in size. I can't determine what it is. I guess I have to keep on fighting.
