Permenant hair removal

Are there any facial hair removals that can remove hair permenantly? I dont know anything about hair removals, but I was wondering if there's any hope for getting rid of hairs on the face for good.

What about wax? Maybe a hair removal system plan? Anything at all?

I heard of the electric hair removal that worked by shocking the hair, but never found anyone that had any luck from it.

Any advice at all would be appreciated.
