If you are up to trying something a little different...

Mix up a mouthwash solution by adding 3 ml of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to 500 ml of water. A half a teaspoon is about 2.5 ml, so I guess that would make 3 ml a heaping half a teaspoon.

To use this solution, take a mouthful and swish for a minimum of 30 seconds (60 seconds is better), then spit it out.

Don't rinse your mouth out after spitting it out.

You will want to do this a minimum of 3 times a day. More times is OK.

I have no idea if this will have any effect on your oral LP, but it will improve your overall oral hygiene.
