Re: my skyrocketed alkaline phosphatase levels
Yes, there is - the same protocol I recommend to EVERYONE on this forum. Spend at LEAST a week preparing your liver for the flush...with castor oil packs, coffee enemas,
Dr. Schulze s 5 day liver cleanse (with tincture & tea), foot reflexology...and drinking LOTS of apple juice or apple cider vinegar. There's garlic in the 5 day flush drink, so if there's liver flukes in there, that'll kill of a bunch of them.
I leave people to their own choice on what kind of 'liver flush' to do.
The Clark Flush is great - IF you don't mind plowing yourself with
Epsom Salts . Anytime you spend the day fasting (starting with low fat foods, and then going to juices or nothing but water after lunchtime), and then ingest equal parts oil & citrus juice, you've got yourself a liver flush.
I never EVER recommend people doing a full
Liver Flush "cold"...unless there's extreme gallbladder compromise and they're about to have their gallbladder carved out.
Sumner - this is important -
Liver Flushing is NOT likely to lower those levels or change much of anything, because a clogged/compromised liver in someone your age (without an extreme history of alcohol/drug abuse) would NOT cause that type of elevation in test results. Those results are CAUSED by the chemical. Flushing out the debris will assist your liver to work better, but many time it takes 1-2 months worth of flushing to see or feel the benefit.
The BEST and most effective protection and assistance you can give your liver is milk thistle seed and castor oil packs....and get started on the prep work.
Blessings - Uny
