Sweetie - I sent you word docs with several Liver Flush recipes a few months ago. You're killin' me Smalls! Sigh. I understand - I really do. But easily 3 weeks ago I told you your homework was to do a lot of reading and learn what Liver Flushes were out there, told you to get to the Liver Flush Forum and read the variations on the theme. Several nights ago I told you rather not to ask Uny but to search what was already available in this forum. Sweetie - I'm being serious here. I was much more ill than you are, unable to get out of bed last year and all I did for six hours a day was read. I did it because if the man was working to pay our bills, it was fair that I read that much a day/put myself in school and educated myself on how to get myself outta bed. Why? Because all the allopathic test results, MD's and ND'S didn't really help.

I do adore you but I'm short on time. I'm getting really done with helping anyone that won't do the same reading I've done - and my reading has been minimal in comparison to people like Unyquity, Wombat and GrzBear. I so told you months ago to read everything you could from Grz & others and have you done that? F**k. I'm just done having this conversation. I told you three months ago you were playing with fire by not weaning off Effexor. It's just that you have no job right now and you cannot see how wealthy you are with how much time you have to read. Sh*t loads of people on these boards are still sick after years because they can't find the time to get educated on this subject. You're staring this opportunity in the face, knowing Liver Flush recipes are right in front of your face and asking me advice and then when I give it AND HOMEWORK - you prove that you're not doing it. I'm done. I love you but I'm done. I have sh*t to do. I have my own ass to save and I can't help anyone that isn't reading the attachments I send them. I swear to God that if I'd acted like this in the Iodine forum and admitted to not having read stuff and gotten myself into pickles - Wombat would have never put up with that and she'd have smacked me around.
