Thank you for all this information too, and I am going to read it. I'll post again after I read your and Zoe's recommendations.
I also asked Zoe, and wondering if you too have heard of Renavive. I found it mentioned in some old posts about kidney stones. If you want to google it and let me know what you think. I think I will contact the company and ask more about it. A little scary to buy stuff online without some recommendation. But it sounds like it is very effective.
