The different versions of bills as well as thousands of pages DOES add a tremendous amount of confusion. One thing does appear to be clear: someone tried to get it in. They may not have succeeded this time.
And to be perfectly honest, I don't see how they could force everyone to get microchipped if it did eventually pass. There would be such an uproar if it was forced on people. Also, I don't think an implant chip could always be refused either. It is possible it could be implanted if a person was unconscious in a hospital. But I don't even want to get into that debate.
And, yes, all the things you mentioned are scary as well. But what scares the hell out of me more than anything is the idea of Fema camps. I haven't researched it much because the mind doesn't want to go there. Do you know anything about Fema Camps? Or is that just another fear hoax in your opinion? I would love to see that one discredited. I think that is the worst
