I agree--ditch the pill

My horrible candida problems started with the pill. Never had a vaginal yeast infection until about a half a year into taking the pill (this is almost 30 years). The other thing is I think the pill comprimised my immune system. I also came down with mono. about the time the candida problems started. Anyways, I am totally into the more natural birth control methods now as well. I am off the pill for 4 1/2 months and still not better, though, unfortunately. The pill's effects are still lingering... :(
