Uterine Fibroids

Hello,

I am still dealing with trying to rid myself of large fibroids. I've been hearing a lot about Iodine.
If anyone can lead me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I have a couple of questions:
1) What is the best iodine?
2) Where do I buy iodine?
3) How much do I take?
4) Do you take it straight or in juice/water..etc?
5) Side effects?
6) Does anyone know of any websites that might directly answer these questions or with people that have successfully shrunk their fibroids or gotten rid of them?
I was having great success with my Chinese acupunturist before my Mom got terminal cancer but then I stopped taking care of myself to take care of her and now the chinese herbs are not working as well.
I had been hearing about Iodine being good for shrinking fibroids but was scared to try for some reason...
