whenever i took nilstat, i would get a white tongue the next day , im sure the white tongue in my case was sign intracellular fungii were being detoxed via the digestive system, thats why i never managed on nilstat long enough because id forever lose my digestion and set myself back, there is way to winthe battle without heavy dreded die off symptoms but you must work out ur level, for my increasing my digestion and promoting bowel movements twice daily it greatly eased the die off, even so at first i had a few horrible days but i kept taking honey and eating hot n spicey foods and i got thru it.
