did you ever hear of mms... you can look it up on the internet... alot of people are getting better from IC and CANDIDA with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ... you need to be diligent, and eat and alkaline diet while your using mms.... stay away from vitamin c and any juices... no vitamins while taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .... this stuff works miracles if you stick with it and take it the way the protocol says...
