I don't worry about fruit as it doesn't seem to bother me, and green smoothies actually really help with candida, as they help foster the good gut flora. If you eat a good diet, lots of raw fruits and veggies, and if you don't feel bad when you eat fruit, then eat it.
It's good for you. Just don't eat fruits that noticeably bother you....and don't eat dried fruits...the Sugar is too concentrated.
