Re: mightyoak Voriconozole...anyone try this?

You have chronic candidiasis. There is no parasites there. You may not have IGA allergy but you have IGG sensitivities linked to candida antibodies. Candida antibodies cross react with several antigens that make you sick. Your vulvodynia is partly due to chronic erythemateous candidiasis but largely due to an atopic reaction correlated to high gut inflammation due to immune complexes burden on your immune systems..

Crandall is right on almost everything. But she does not insist on the fact that allergy testing does not show IGG sensitivity. Most of your problems are due to IGG sensitivity.

You need to boost B-lymphocite cells. They will neutralize antigens and stopped immmune reaction. Shortly after that, your T-Cells will increase and will start again tackling candida cells. At the same time, you need long term antifungals. I don't understand why you expect to be cure in 6 weeks. This may take several months if you are lucky, but some years if your infection is deeply entrenched.

Stopping think worse case and reducing anxiety will help your immune recovery. I don't know of anybody who got immune to diflucan, lamisil or itraconazole. This cases are rare and if it happens you combine or take an other drug class.

Good luck and keep hope. It just takes time. I am with you in this.

As for my self, I had to stop all carbs to get this itching gone. Grains contains mold/yeast and I am pretty sure you cross react with them. Pain and itching in vulvodynia is mainly an atopic reaction. It is link to what is going on in your gut immune system. If you ingest mold, you will cross-react and it will show up at this place. This is atopy. It shows up there because this place is already in inflammation due to a latent candida infection.
