Hi keiki, haven't heard from you in a while!! Hope the Vfend works.........that drug has been introduced to my radar, but Dr. Crandell says it's a last resort drug. My gyno talked to an infectious disease doc about my case, and he said to identify it 1st by stopping my meds, so it will actually grow on a culture, and that I need to be on Vfend. Not sure how to proceed now.
about the lactobicillubs. Dr. Crandell says don't do that, it can cause another infection...forgot the name but I've read about it. Where you have to much lactobicillus in the vagina. I have it, and am taking by mouth now. I used to insert those. didn't help though.
