Re: Questions about my last ultrasound.
You said: "The fibrosis is normal as again it is part of the liver's healing process." But it may also be a sign of an initial cirrhosis...so how to distinguish between these?
It would be impossible to tell the difference since they are both the same tissue and both a response to damage.
And also, should I continue taking the live-r-ight? And the DE?
I recommend 2-4 months for the Live-R-Ight and the diatomaceous earth you can stay on indefinitely since it provides so many benefits to the body.
Also tell me how to use/dosage of the dan shen (roots? whole plant? can I use any salvia? or just salvia miltiorrhiza?)
Not any salvia, just the roots of S. miltiorrhiza. I recommend a half teaspoon 3 times daily at least 20 minutes before meals.
and/or protease enzymes (just bromelain ok?). Should I take both? Which do you prefer? Which brand do you recommend? I thought you did not like to recommend enzymes to be taken because of their inhibiting the body´s production.
I do prefer the dan shen (S. miltiorrhiza) as opposed to protease enzymes in part for the reason you mentioned. And I am not a big fan of bromelain either since it is a common allergen.
I don´t have any doctors because I refused to do a biopsy and to use interferon, so they all refused to accompany me. I have a friend who is a doctor and makes all the exam requests for me though. Nevertheless, the ultrasound technicians are not AT ALL worried about the kidney cyst, they say it is quite normal in my age to have them. So....no CAT scans are advised. Do you think I should ask for an exam request anyway?
Not at the moment. It would e best to allow the herbs to do their job for a while then get any tests to see how the liver is healing.
One more thing: I came across this article talking about some FDA disapproved herbs for the liver and chaparral (which is in the liver formula) is one of them. Please take a look here: http://www.hepatitis-central.com/hcv/herbs/donotuse.html
I have addressed this a number of times. Fresh chaparral can cause liver damage, but not once it has been dried and aged a few months. And the 13 isolated cases of hepatitis were never shown to be caused by the chaparral as the FDA tried claiming. In fact many of the patients had pre-existing liver failure and others were taking pharmaceutical drugs known to damage the liver:

I have read your articles on that issue and I´m sure you process it correctly in you formula, but I would like to be double sure of it´s non-tocicity to my liver. Please assure me.
Thanks again.
PS: Is this dan shen alright?

Yes, this looks like a good product.
