I found one thread in which Ginagirl mentioned 5 drops per 100 ml of her homemade lotion (see below). Here's the whole thread link in case there are other useful ideas for you.

I use some Lugols in my body lotion, this is self made of aloe gel and oil (coconut oil and others + essential oils) it mixes really well, and there is no burning when diluted like this; on the contrary, it is a regenerating effect and it feels energizing on the skin. (approx 5 drops per 100 ml of body lotion)


A really good regenerator on aging skin is 50-50 lugols and aloe vera juice, plus a tiny pinch of ascorbic acid; it is like the ampulles you pay $$ for; a real pick me up.


On the other hand; if one wants to remove a mole, one needs the "burning" effect of straight lugols, day after day for a month or two. No scars!
