Re: Water sits heavy in stomach

I do appreciate a different perspective on my gut issues. I haven't checked stomach acid recently, a few years ago during a ph probe my stomach acid was considered normal.

My CDSA shows a low-normal amount of total putrefactive SCFA despite my high meat consumption (free range chicken, grass fed beef..I've limited both now, more so the beef).

I've used Saurkreaut (fermented and unpasteurized) for a few weeks without any noticeable change, its a hassle to get which is why i don't always use it consistently.

And i dont mean to shoot down your analysis, but as far as i can see the CDSA showing no growth of bifido strains or E.coli, great growth of lactobacillus max test range overgrowth for pathogens C. Freundii and E. Cloacae theoretically seems to justify all my symptoms. Again the one that i am not sure about is why water does this to me.
