I am of the opinion that the more Liver Flushes you do on a regular programme the greater are the chances of depleting the bile pool. The trick is to start to increase the period between flushes gradually so that the bile has plenty of time to replenish itself.
Bile (from the liver) is important to neutralise stomach acid and there is a tendency for some people to acquire an acid stomach. An acid stomach is very uncomfortable and can be very painful. It has a pain spectrum which can be mistaken for liver congestion or gallbladder problems. Although the central epigastric region is more tender.
It is important to make the lifestyle changes to reduce the chances of an acid stomach.
