hey, i just coughed up one of those a couple months back. i had just started taking oregenol and got super sick. i think it was killing the parasites. I initially thought it might help with my chronic phlegm and sinus congestion. needless to say i was totally freaked out when it happened. i heard of parasites, but thought no way, it's pop/fake medicine. that said the next day i ordered humaworm. it took a few months for me to build up to the courage to try it - now im on day 22 of 30 i figure. i have to say i think it's working - especially based on the oddities im seeing in my stool, which are not the norm to say the least. anyhow i go through some weird times were i feel headachey, sick and feverish (die off i figure), but on the whole i have endless energy, better focus, and honestly im just "on/in it" much more. i feel on the whole just way more positive, it's odd but good. my company's not doing well either, and in spite of the fact i may lose my job, i totally optimistic about my future. Granted, I don't feel totally amazing, could be because im still not done treatment and think this is part of the process of getting better. but like i said, im just on the whole feeling better. energy wise, it's through the room, im out playing people on my sports team who are 5 years younger than me (im 34), my friends are totally spent after a days work, i just want to go go go!:O)

anyhow, i still think "ahhh i probably don't have worms", but honestly I think the proof is in the pudding. i will do humaworm again, i suggest you give it a go. also i still use oreganol and sucking back a tablespoon of MSM (flora brand) and taking zinc suplhate, vit c and d.

btw benefits ive noticed, is my chronic diarrhea is gone, my sinuses are much clearer, and the phlegm is improved, it comes out a lot but consistency is much different and it feels much less trapped. Tweet
