Be Careful with Raw Vegan Diet
My health problems were essentially caused by a raw vegan diet. Its taken me 10 years to even begin to recover.
I agree with the other post about the warrior diet. I now eat some meat and plenty of veggies for every meal. No grains, dairy on occasion. There is a lot of raw veggies in this diet but it also gives you the things that you would be missing on raw vegan, namely a good source of protein.
Do yourself a favor and realize that raw vegan is good for a short cleanse but it doesn't work long term for the vast majority of people.
I was hard core convinced that raw veganism would work for me. Its almost like a religion.
You CAN have that youthfulness permanently.
Realize that the main cause of aging is GRAINS and processed foods.
Cutting out grains is just as important as eating plenty of raw foods.
Meat, veggies, no grains.
That's what you are looking for.
