Re: Seriously Constipated...please advise

I really need to get this out of me. I am so constipated that I am actually starting to get acne. I never get acne. My normal diet is fairly clean and it helps me stay Acne free. I feel as though the toxins are getting pumped through my system.

I plan on taking the Miralax tomorrow morning with a glass of prune juice, but before hand I plan on drinking a liter of water. I also plan on drinking 2 tablespoons of ACV and a tablespoon of honey and then do slight incline walking on the treadmill to hopefully move my digestive system in the right way.
