I am too new here to be of much any help,...kinda in a similar boat as you also. I just wanted you to know you've been heard, are NOT alone,...and that you are right about focus. You can beat this all,...and retrace your health. I know that much! The fine folks here have encouraged me a bunch this past two to three months! They are the ones who can tell you where to start, or re-start your journey!

I'll be here with you doing it all myself too. My misery loves your company friend--someone will be along!

Are you savvy about pH? That is where I you should look! :-) I'll bet you dollars to donuts you're acidic as you know what! (I was). The higher I get my pH up back towards 'normal' 7.45,...I feel better and better.
