I can add a little advice. Might help, but I never used this brand, just ordered it today based on the reviews on Amazon.com. Now Foods green Black-Walnut /wormwood extract. A couple of reviews said it knocked out giardia. Maybe the tincture would be easier for you to take?

Have you tried Licorice root for H. Pylori?

You have so many things going on. I am convinced that parasites and the bacterias need to be tackled first, so that the body can then heal and tackle the other issues. It could be the other way around though, just my opinion.
