Hi mary88,

First why did you take a coffee enemas? If it  was for bowel cleansing then it was the wrong kind of enema. If this was for liver detoxification then you need to take a cleansing enema prior to the coffee enema.

At this point I would suggest taking a cleansing enema to move out any feces. Then make sure that you have your normal 2 BMs a day. If you do not have them then take steps to correct the situation.
