Hi, yes I am trying just now CS and we'll see but should I stop taking Lugol or not. IS the dosage good?
The CS I am using now from the pharmacy since I wanted it to be as clean as possible and according to my TDS meter it's only 5ppm. Isn't it too low?

I am trying to understand also the mechanism here, why
iodine causes Staphylococcus Aureus outbreak? and why to the eye?
