well, when there is a pain and redness on the eye plus staph was found inside so to me it's obvious it is infection.

Besides so far only this work: TOBRADEX®(tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension) is a sterile, multiple dose Antibiotic and steroid combination for topical ophthalmic use.
